After several talks and agreements, it seems, Tyson Fury vs Anthony Joshua is finally a done deal and fans can expect the heavyweight collision to happen soon with all the world titles at stake. We are still to receive an official date for the fight, but Matchroom Director, Eddie Hearn, seems ready to sign the papers.
The Matchroom kingpin Hearn believes IBF/WBA/WBO heavyweight champion Joshua (24-1, 22 KOs) will be too much for WBC belt holder Fury (30-0-1, 21 KOs) when they square off for their undisputed clash.
That said, none of the promoters have signed the contracts. However, Hearn vows to finish the paperwork as soon as Tyson Fury and his team put their statement to the public. So, the current stage of the matchup is still up in the air, with some minimal advancements on the plans.
Eddie Hearn connected with IFV TV and claimed both parties to have come under the terms. While he is waiting for Tyson Fury’s promoters to respond, Hearn billed himself and Joshua to be ready for the clash.
Following Anthony Joshua’s successful title win against Kubrat Pulev, the Brit heavyweight showdown appeared realistic to happen. Moreover, Joshua called out Fury in the post-fight segment, sending several fans into a frenzy.
